Some of us call them Date Squares others call them Matrimonial Bars.

Either way our Date Squares have a perfect relationship with buttery oatmeal, sun-ripened pureed dates and brown sugar. A rolled oats crust on the bottom, light crispy streusel on top.

handling and preparation

For best results, cut and handle product partially frozen. Remove from freezer & thaw at room temperature for 1/2 to 1 hour. For best results, warm knife in hot water and cut product. Knife should be serrated or have a thin blade. Cut all at once using the serving guides along tray. Unused portions may be refrozen.
