handling and preparationPlace product on paper-lined tray, evenly spaced apart. Fully proofed or baked product will be approximately 1 ½ to 2 times the size of the frozen, unbaked product. Thaw at room temperature for 45-60 minutes or until product is thoroughly thawed. Proof at 100% humidity and 35oC / 100oF for 45-60 minutes. Bake at 185oC / 365oF for 12-13 minutes or until golden. As individual ovens vary, these are guidelines only.
