Our puff pastry is what makes this treat flaky and delicious. We use the traditional Scotch Blitz production method which ensures even dispersion of shortening throughout the dough. This promotes a light and flaky texture and a higher and more consistent lift. What’s more our laminating process creates a total of 256 layers in every product.
As a benefit to your operation – no proofing is required. They are pre-shaped and pre-sugared and provide you with the time saving convenience of taking from the freezer straight to the oven.
